Scott Aasman

Scott Aasman is an award-winning illustrator, artist, educator and community builder. As a sketchbook enthusiast and lifelong draw-er, his love for drawing has had him working for numerous publications, musicians and organizations across North America. He has also had the privilege to share his passion with people both young and old in various classrooms, churches and conferences, encouraging them all to pick up a pen and draw. Scott is a co-founder of “Salt Cellar Arts’, an arts-focused community for the ‘spiritually attentive and creatively engaged’, whose goal is to open the doors for the churched to engage deeply in creativity, imagination and cultural literacy while championing the role of the Divine in art making. Scott lives in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada with his wife and 2 children.
